FAQ online subscriptions

Is your question not listed here? You can reach out to us by email:contact@compendiummedicine.com

  • With a single specialty, you get the digital pocketbook for that one specialty, which you can read in Compendium Online on both the app and desktop.

With Compendium Plus, you get every specialty in Compendium Online (app and desktop) plus the practice questions and all premium features, which are in the app. So the practice questions and premium features are part of Compendium Plus only, not of a single specialty.

  • Go to online.compendiummedicine.com and log in with the same account you used to activate. No download needed, start reading straight away.

  • A single specialty gives you the digital pocketbook for that one specialty, readable in Compendium Online on both app and desktop, and nothing else. Compendium Plus gives you every specialty in Compendium Online (app and desktop) plus unlimited access to the practice questions and all premium features (Battle, Shuffle, anatomy) in the app.

  • Go to online.compendiummedicine.com and log in with the same account you used to activate. No download needed, and you can read your Compendium Online specialties there. The practice questions and premium features (Compendium Plus only) are in the app.

  • For reading your Compendium Online specialties, desktop on its own is perfectly fine, whether you have a single specialty or Compendium Plus. If you have Compendium Plus and want the practice questions and premium features, use the app, since those are app only.

  • If you bought a single specialty (for example Radiology), it's available immediately in Compendium Online. Try logging out and back in, and if it's still missing, email contact@compendiummedicine.com.

If you have Compendium Plus, the unlimited access to practice questions and premium features are available in the app now. Access to the digital specialties in Compendium Online is currently being added to the Compendium Plus subscription. We expect the first four specialties to become available within about two weeks.

  • Radiology, Neurology, Acute Medicine, and Cardiology & Vascular Medicine, with Dermatology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Gastroenterology & Hepatology and First Aid following soon. With a single specialty you get the one you bought. With Compendium Plus you get them all.

  • It arrives within about an hour of purchase, in a separate email. Please check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing after 2 hours? Email contact@compendiummedicine.com and we'll resend it.

  • You can manage your subscription, including cancelling it, by logging in at account.compendiummedicine.com. If you'd like to switch from one or more single specialties to Compendium Plus, email our team at contact@compendiummedicine.com and we'll arrange it for you.
