The quality is ensured by a team of medical specialists, in this case radiologists, who supervised and revised the text written by medical students. 

A diverse team of radiologists has supervised the content of this pocketbook. The radiologists have different subspecialties ranging from interventional radiology to pediatrics and musculoskeletal radiology and even nuclear medicine to ensure optimal content quality. 

You can use the pocketbook during your everyday work. The examples may help you with your radiology request or interpretation of the acquired X-rays or scans. Additionally the pocketbook may help guide you in choosing the indicated imaging modality based on your differential diagnosis. By focussing on acute diagnoses it is also of great help during your night shifts when you need to make acute decisions.

This book is written for a diverse range of readers, including medical students during their rotations, residents, and potentially medical specialists who are not specialised in radiological imaging and wish to refresh their knowledge on imaging techniques.

The pocket is based on the latest international guidelines, including NHS and relevant medical committees and societies.
